Cancellation Policy

For shipping within India (Domestic Orders)

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you can either get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number or connect to our website and go to your account to cancel the order. As long as the order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same.

In the case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed once Customer Care has been informed of the non-acceptance of the courier. In case of COD orders please do inform Customer Care of non-acceptance of the courier. This will help us to cancel your COD order.

For shipping outside India (International Orders)

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as the order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount. In case the order has been shipped then please accept courier (Do not return courier). For return and refund please refer to Returns Policy on the homepage.
